It will depend on the specific solution for your property, however in most cases, shade solutions that are less that 30sqm and more than 1m from your boundary do NOT require a permit.

Our products have varying lead times so some solutions can be much faster, our general guidance is 4-12 weeks. If you have a specific event or date that you are looking to have your shade solution installed for - let our team know and we will aim to assist.

All solutions have a 3 year installation warranty.

Clean your shade solution twice yearly with warm soapy water. If you are in a beach front/sea spray environment, we would recommend doing this four times yearly.
